Dalaran-Wow has been my default server for the past 6-7 years, and it is great too, just low pop now. The main reason I have enjoyed both is both are well-scripted servers, and have healthy economies. The first thing I do to "test" a private server is scan the AH.There’s an entire phase of catch up raid coming in a few months. If you start now, you can get to max level and make some gold of do some P1 and P2 content until P4 hits. Then you can get geared for Sunwell by the time it releases. It’s a great time to start.
