The Yani Metal 7 Soprano piece is a great piece, very well made and easy to control from bottom to High F# & G. My favorite piece for soprano is a Selmer Super Session "I" which to me has a bigger sound, however, my second favorite is the Yani Metal 7.It's fun and easy to play and helps with learning fingerings, reading music, figuring out songs and tounging. If you ever try to play a real sax, your sound and embouchure is like 70% of playing and you won't be developing that on the 120. One problem with roo pads, besides the higher cost, is the color. Most Roo pads come in an unusual color (white or black) and when one pad needs to be replaced, you have to go back to the tech who has that color to match the other pads. Another problem is pad supplies.There is a small key, under the alternate high F (fork F) key, above the B key. C# is the only note where that key is open. (Except for the high register palm key notes.) @reeddoubler called this out, if this key has an unhooked spring, you can hook it back up.
